i expected a cozy suite, but instead got a broken air conditioner that left my bedroom either too warm or too bright at night, what a delight! the shower ran cold both times, and after my multiple attempts, some simple instructions would’ve been nice. considering this, you’d think an upgrade or complimentary gesture would ve been standard, but alas, not here!

Best location with helpful staff! I got a quiet room far from reception, which was perfect. The massage shower was strong, and the breakfast was just what I needed. Plus, I could keep my room longer on check-out day. Highly recommend! 😊

The kitchenette faucet handle was broken before arrival. fortunately, it was fixed promptly. However, the curtains let too much light in, making it hard to sleep past sunrise, and sound from the street was noticeable, which could be disruptive at times. Additionally, air conditioning issues meant the bedroom stayed warm or bright, and overall, some kitchen supplies were lacking.

the staff were really helpful and always willing to assist with needs. the bathroom towels were too small for comfort.
